Most leadership coaches talk about leadership.
I spent 25 years living it, under pressure, in high-stakes environments, responsible for teams where execution wasn’t optional.
I’m Alexandr Thoric.
Retired Army Lt. Colonel.
Leadership Strategist.
Culture Architect.
And I help companies build leaders who actually lead, not managers who supervise, avoid conflict, and hope things improve.
Leadership didn’t come to me through theory, personality assessments, or motivational slogans.
It was forged in environments where clarity saved time, standards saved teams, and accountability saved lives.
My work has been recognized at the highest levels, including an award from the President of the Republic of Moldova for leading a major humanitarian demining mission abroad and contributing to the implementation of the Ottawa Convention. But titles and awards were never the point.
What always fascinated me was how people work together, why some teams thrive under pressure while others fall apart, and how leadership behavior shapes culture every single day.
I’ve led people from different cultures, backgrounds, and experiences. I’ve seen what happens when leadership is clear and when it isn’t.
Today, as a leadership trainer, speaker and coach, I help leaders and organizations build what most are missing: clear standards, strong leaders, and cultures that actually perform.
